One controversy is over- Chris Seitz is no longer a member of the Philadelphia Union.  With their 9th pick in the Re-Entry Draft (a fun process from MLS that forces teams to give players new, better contracts or expose them to drafting), Seitz was nabbed by the Seattle Sounders, only to be used as a bargaining chip.  Seattle immediately traded Seitz to FC Dallas in exchange for an amateur draft pick.
