In case you haven’t heard, Greg Jordan, Raymon Gaddis, Krystian Witkowski, Chase Harrison and Antione Hoppenot are all official. That’s three mids, one defender and a goalie signing their lives away to the Blue and Gold. How does this affect the lineups? That depends on the current presumed starters. Greg Jordan is likely to see some time, maybe as an alternative to Carroll. Hoppenot’s got potential too. Raymon Gaddis will certainly be useful when someone like Sheanon Williams is…

Editor’s note: Today, the staff here at PUT woke from a 3 month whiskey and BIMBO brand mini Kaiser roll-induced haze to the realization that face-of-the-franchise, leading scorer and all around exception to French stereotypes Sebastien Le Toux was gone. His side of the closet was empty, his neon boots no longer by the door. On the bedside table was a simple note, hand written and smelling lightly of Canali Men. We present it to you,…

Rumors, rumors, rumors. It’s that time of year, kids- the transfer window and its accompanying draft processes are playing hell with all of our emotions, as footballers come and footballers go, as options and bank accounts are weighed, as individuals and formations are considered and as pure, unadulterated BS is just plain made up. But that’s the fun, isn’t it? The problem is that at some point, we’ll have to make the real decisions about…

The signs of summer are turning up everywhere: warm weather, the smell of the beach, and the coming unveiling of that Garden of Eden-esque pitch that we so fondly refer to as PPL Park. But for most soccer fans, the summer means something even more important: the transfer window. A time that brings tears of joy, and of sorrowful goodbyes (for us hopefully the former), as professional footballers everywhere make for new ground. Recent rumors…

According to reliable sources, team captain Danny Califf has shaved his iconic mohawk. Originally sported by Native Americans of the Mohawk tribe to decrease wind resistance during battle, the mohawk hairstyle has since become an icon of proud defiance, utilized by everyone from punk-rock rebels of the 1970s to fear-inducing MLS center backs. Danny Califf’s had become a particular beacon of team spirit, as well as a frightening reminder of the impenetrability of the Union’s…

New York is hungry for a Beckham-esque Euro-celeb to fill that nice stadium. Now Henry’s manager has made it clear that the handball champ is not happy where he is. Reliable sources all seem to indicate that…
