A devout soccer enthusiast, I grew up playing soccer from micro mini through high school and club ball. Idolizing the likes of Tony Meola and Kobi Jones as a kid, I grew up imagining myself as a World Cup athlete in my prime. Unfortunately, none of those pipe dreams ever came to fruition. Not even close. However, I can still be a fan, and here I am today.
